No data protection officer has been appointed. Questions about personal data go to the same address.
What this website collects
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps, on our behalf, standard technical server logs such as IP address and time of request. We use them for security and operation, on the basis of our legitimate interest, for a limited period.
The contact form and email
When you submit the contact form, we process the name, company, email address, service of interest and message you provide, in order to answer your request and follow up. The form sends this information to us by email through an email delivery provider that acts on our instructions. Nothing is stored on this website. The fields marked as required are needed to answer you; without them the form cannot be sent. We make no automated decisions about you.
The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering and following up on enquiries. The same applies to emails you send us directly.
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within twelve months. Data from a business relationship is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period required by tax and company law.
Our email delivery provider (Resend) and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) are United States companies that process this data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and bound by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise any of these by email to sales@rfidalgo.com.
You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country. In Portugal this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
